Verdict: Good Honor smartphone without special features
The Honor Magic 4 Lite comes with Android 11 out of the box with Honor promising Android 12 soon. However even Android 12 won’t be the latest possible Android version for much longer, meaning this won't be the phone for anyone after the latest tech. The Honor Magic 4 Lite gives and takes away in equal measures. It has a large screen with a decent resolution. Best of all is its high refresh rate, which is great when scrolling through content with speed. Microsoft's SwiftKey is installed as the standard keyboard on the smartphone, which performs well in both portrait and landscape mode with few erroneous inputs. The capacitive touchscreen of the Honor Magic4 Lite 5G recognizes up to ten simultaneous touches and functions at a sampling rate of 240 Hz.
